Absolutely! Charis Bloom operates on a one-time purchase model with no ongoing subscription fees ever. Your data is stored locally, so there are no cloud hosting costs to pass on to you. You pay once and own the system forever.

Yes! You can purchase additional sensors ($49 each) to expand your monitoring coverage. Each hub can support dozens of sensors, and you can add weather stations, irrigation controls, and other accessories as your needs grow.

Setup takes about 5 minutes and requires no technical expertise. Simply place the sensors in your soil, position the hub within range, and open the mobile app to start monitoring. The system automatically detects and connects to your sensors.

Our sensors track over 12 data points including:

Sensor batteries typically last 6-12 months depending on monitoring frequency and environmental conditions. The sensors use intelligent power management to maximize battery life. When replacement is needed, they use standard rechargeable batteries that are easy to swap out.

No internet connection is required for basic monitoring and data collection. The system works completely offline, storing data locally on your hub. WiFi is only needed for software updates and if you choose to backup your data to cloud storage.

All Charis Bloom hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal use. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace the product at no charge. Extended warranty options may be available at purchase.

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original condition. If you're not completely satisfied with your Charis Bloom system, you can return it for a full refund (customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective).
