3. User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

4. Product Orders and Payment

Local Data Storage: Your agricultural data is stored locally on your Charis Bloom hub device. We do not access, collect, or store this data unless you explicitly choose to share it with us for support purposes.

  • You own all data generated by your use of our products
  • You may export your data at any time
  • Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information
  • You are responsible for backing up your local data

9. Intellectual Property

  • Charis Bloom owns all rights to our software, designs, and trademarks
  • You receive a limited license to use our software with your products
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • All product improvements and feedback become our property

10. Limitation of Liability
